Post 17 was the 6th Post in West Virginia and was Chartered in 2019 through the efforts of Pat Kishman (1stVice) and John Burns (Commander) working with Ron Everhart (Dept1stVice) and Ed Stracka (Dept NEC and Dept Judge Advocate).  John Burns is the owner of PO2 a bar and grill in Terra Alta WV.  He renovated a portion of a building he owns near his bar into what you see as the home of Post 17 in these pictures.
